Freight costs are included in the bill along with the aggregate price of products. All orders qualify for free shipping except for international orders.

We dispatch orders on working days (Monday to Saturday), barring holidays. Orders made on SUNDAY will only be forwarded on MONDAY.

Currently, we offer deliveries to these countries: India, USA, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, France, UK.

International clients bear the responsibility for any duties and/or levies imposed by customs. Customers are liable to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the Customs at the time/ before the delivery, subject to rules as applicable in your country. If a customer refuses to pay these charges and therefore delivery is not possible. No refunds will be possible.

We encourage you to study product dimensions before making a purchase to avoid situations where the product may not fit in your space.

You're obliged to make sure your provided information on our platform is truthful, comprehensive, precise, and detailed enough to pinpoint the exact delivery location. Inputting inaccurate delivery details or contact information could result in delays or overlooked deliveries, in such occurrences, you won't qualify for a reshipment or refund.

In case of a non-delivery on account of a mistake by the customer (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number ) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.
